This "Jelly Belly" Turtle Gold Tone Pin and Scarf Holder from the 1960s has a red translucent, raised cabochon Lucite shell.  The dual-purpose turtle functions as a brooch and scarf holder.  The pictures show how the pin can be used as a scarf holder with the movable back.  The piece is in excellent condition.  There is no maker's mark.
